If you are having issues with your strength or have a bad back, these training sessions with Tim Newton will provide a range of fantastic exercises to develop your core muscles and get you that flat stomach you’ve always wanted.
Your muscles need to exercise regularly and be stretched to maintain their elasticity and mobility, this is very important for general health, whilst also developing your appearance.
