Total Body Fitness Class

Get the total body fitness workout in this group class where we use a variety of equipment and exercises to help tone and strengthen the body.

The classes are high intensity efficient circuit training workouts that challenge your whole body, whilst utilising equipment and calisthenics such as push ups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises.

These personal group sessions are set in a great atmosphere with intense motivation and enthusiasm from our personal trainer Tim Newton. This is a great way to get your friends, colleagues and teams together, whilst splitting the cost! These classes are located in multiple locations including Ludgate House Gym and can be organised wherever suits you and your group.
